I’m a Regina-based professional organizer. I started Queen Bee Organizing to help others create and enjoy neat and tidy spaces. With a gift for listening and a knack for problem solving, helping others gives me joy. I love working with clients to help them let go of items they no longer need and to find a place for the items they treasure.

Process

What to expect

Our service begins with a confidential, complimentary in-home consultation. During the consultation we will discuss organizing challenges you are experiencing. Next, we’ll come up with options, and a plan of how and where to start.  After that, the fun begins!  

The work

Usually things get a little untidy before they can be put away, because items are taken out and considered by the homeowner.  Decisions are made whether to keep, repurpose, recycle or discard.  Working as a team, questions are asked along the way and suggestions are offered, but ultimately the decisions are made by the homeowner. From there, items are grouped together according to their function and how often they are used. A permanent “home” location will be decided for each item.  When items have a “home” that makes sense for the household, things are more apt to stay organized.

Whether it’s the kitchen, pantry, closets, playroom, basement, attic or anything in between, I am confident we can work together to find an organizing solution that will work for you. I’m a strong believer in using items already owned by the client to create living spaces that are relaxing, efficient and inviting.

Downsizing

If you are moving to a smaller home or you need help organizing your parents belongings as they make a change, Queen Bee can help. Downsizing services help you decide what to keep and what not to keep. Items to keep can be packaged and labeled for moving, if required, and the homeowner will make choices about what items are gifted to family or friends, donated, sold or discarded.

Rate

Our service begins with a confidential, complimentary in-home consultation.

Additional appointments are charged at $50/hour.

Missed appointments without 24 hour notice will be charged a $50 fee.

Payment is due after each session.

About Samantha

Running a busy, efficient household takes organization. I have been a stay at home mom for the last 10 years and decided to turn a passion for organizing into a business. I have always enjoyed tidy, clean spaces, even as a child.  I started Queen Bee Organizing to help others create and enjoy neat and organized spaces.  

I’m a strong believer in reusing or recycling, and have found many ways we can declutter without having to take items to the landfill. I work with homeowners to look at their options.

As a member of Professional Organizers in Canada, I must abide by their code of ethics. I’m very excited to offer residential organizing and downsizing to the Queen City.  Call me today and let’s get started!
